🗒️ BLURB 🗒️
A short story of 11 pages
Stacey had been sitting and watching the movie for five minutes before she noticed the clown in the corner. The people she is babysitting for sure have strange taste. Who would want to keep a clown in their living room?
And why does its nose keep changing colour?

🌟Review (3.5/5) 🌟
This was a bit of a letdown after the first two stories but since I’m one of those people who are afraid of clowns, this was still okay.
Two of the good elements of the previous two stories are still here – the jumpscares and the buildup. Unfortunately, even though I didn’t see the plot coming, I was a little disappointed with the lack of depth on this. It was really just a mini slash-horror. I wish there had been more meaning behind the killer clown’s persona being embodied in the child, why the clown statue was relevant, and perhaps even connect the babysitter’s infatuation with the dad to the plot.
This short story is part of a short story collection inside the book called A-Z of Horror. Check it out on Amazon!
